1 – Policy on Collecting and Using User Data
HH and HALE accepts the responsibility of protecting all customer information. Our internal policies are designed to protect the privacy and security of any personal information that you choose to share with HH and HALE. We collect and use your information only for purposes directly related to HH and HALE, and we do so in a fair, secure, and non-discriminatory manner.
2 – Online Payment Terms & Conditions
All online payments made through HH and HALE are processed through PayTabs, which is a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant payment gateway. Unless stated otherwise, payments made on the hhandhale.com website are charged in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and/or United States Dollars (USD).
3 – Security Measures
All credit card transactions completed on HH and HALE are secured through the PayTabs payment gateway with secure payment technology. Your payments will be protected through the following:
- All payments are fully automated and processed immediately.
- Neither HH and HALE nor any third parties will ever see your full credit card number.
- PayTabs uses multiple fraud-prevention layers, including its own fraud monitoring system and 3D Secure authentication.
- All transaction data is encrypted and stored securely within PayTabs’ partner banking systems.
- PayTabs acts as the authorised third-party processor for major banks.
- PayTabs does not hold your funds; they are transferred directly from your card to HH and HALE

4 – Accepted Payment Methods
HH and HALE accepts Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, as well as bank or wire transfers for online transactions. If requested, the card used for payment must be presented during processing. If the cardholder is not the client, HH and HALE requires the following documents for verification:
- A signed and attested copy of both sides of the credit/debit card, authorising its use for the transaction.
- The copy must clearly state the client’s name, the transaction date, and the purpose of payment.
- Valid ID or passport copies of both the client and the cardholder must be provided.
If these requirements are not met, HH and HALE reserves the right to cancel the transaction.
5 – Liability Disclaimer for Card Use
HH and HALE will not be liable for any kind of unauthorised use of a Credit/Debit Card. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HH and HALE against any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that comes from unauthorised Credit/Debit Card use on this website.
6 – Banking Relationships
HH and HALE is not liable for any issues arising from your relationship with your bank or card issuer. You are responsible for understanding the fees, terms, and conditions set by your financial institution.
7 – Refunds & Suspended Transactions
If a customer makes an advance or partial payment but does not provide the required documents to complete the tax or corporate service, the transaction will remain on hold until the necessary documents are submitted.
Clients may request a refund within seven (7) working days from the original payment date. Approved refunds will be processed after deducting administrative charges, processing fees, or any expenses already incurred for the service.
8 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
